TikTok's country voting closes October 26. Here's how daily votes work, which creators are nominated and how country representatives differ from regional winners.

TikTok Awards Southeast Asia 2026 voting is open for the country round until October 26. This is a selection stage: the most-voted local nominee in each category advances as a country representative, rather than immediately becoming a regional winner.

TikTok announced the new regional competition in its October 12 Singapore announcement and October 13 Philippine announcement. For fans following creators across borders, the important distinction is which country’s nominees they are viewing and which stage the vote decides.

How to vote in TikTok Awards Southeast Asia 2026

  1. Sign in to the TikTok app.
  2. Search for #TikTokAwardsSEA in the app, or use the awards-microsite link in TikTok’s announcement for the relevant country.
  3. Find the nominee and category you want to support, then tap the corresponding Vote button.

TikTok says users have at least 15 votes daily across the categories, with multiple votes allowed for the same nominee or category. “At least” is important: that wording should not be read as a fixed maximum of 15. Check the live microsite for the options available to your account.

October voting, November representatives and regional winners

The published country-voting window runs from October 12 to October 26, 2026. Both announcements give the closing time as 11:59 p.m. on October 26, but do not explicitly name a time zone. Readers outside the relevant market should therefore check the in-app deadline rather than rely on an assumed conversion.

Country representatives are due to be announced on November 5. TikTok specifies Manila for the Philippine announcement. Regional winners will be announced on November 27 in Bali, Indonesia. Winning the country vote and winning the Southeast Asia award are separate outcomes.

Which creators are nominated?

The Philippines’ Creator of the Year candidates include Ayn Bernos, Davao Conyo and Fujicko. Philstar’s October 13 report also identifies Baus Rufo among Rising Creator nominees. In Singapore, TikTok lists Denise Teo (@supercatkei), Ian Thio (@ianthioo) and Caitanya Tan (@caitofalltraits) for Creator of the Year.

The 11 categories span education, sports, food, entertainment, beauty and fashion, lifestyle, rising creators, popular videos, LIVE and Shop, alongside Creator of the Year. These examples are not a combined regional ballot; consult the linked country lists for the full set.

What this vote does—and does not—mean

A vote supports a nominated creator’s progress through this awards competition. It is not a general application to become a TikTok creator, a Shop eligibility decision or a guarantee of earnings. Readers researching commercial opportunities can separately consult our TikTok Shop Black Friday creator-eligibility guide.

For now, the useful action is to verify the country list, read the microsite rules and distinguish nominees from the representatives still to be selected. No November winners have been declared by the announcements cited here.
