TikTok Shop Black Friday 2026 runs November 11–30 in the United States, but creators should check separate campaign and challenge requirements before planning content. TikTok’s October 14 holiday announcement confirms the shopping dates. Its creator documents explain why a campaign hashtag alone does not establish eligibility for rewards.

TikTok Shop Black Friday 2026: two calendars to check
The official holiday announcement sets the broad shopping campaign for November 11–30. Separately, the Creator Short Video Challenge terms, effective October 12, define a content-posting window of November 1 at 00:00 PT through November 30 at 23:59 PT. The challenge itself begins November 11 at 16:00 PT and ends November 30 at 23:59 PT.
That distinction matters when planning an upload: a video’s posting date and the period in which its sales count are different checks. Do not treat the beginning of November as the start of the wider shopping event.
Who can join the creator challenge?
The challenge terms restrict entry to eligible US TikTok Shop creators who are invited before it starts, are at least 18 and reside in the United States. Entrants must opt in as instructed. Qualifying content is shoppable short video featuring products enrolled in the campaign.
The same terms require original, previously unpublished work and verbal disclosure at the start of a video that it was made in connection with the challenge. Free samples also require disclosure. Review the full requirements before filming; adding hashtags after production does not resolve every participation condition.
Check account status before arranging products
TikTok’s US creator campaign guide, dated September 23, directs creators to the BFCM campaign card in their creator tools or Seller Center to check account and product eligibility and register. It says campaign participation is monitored, rather than permanently secured by an initial approval.
For affiliate creators, the guide says removal may occur when Creator Health Rating falls to 150 or below, or Promotion Performance Score falls below 3.0. Merchant-type creators face the stated CHR threshold. These are campaign rules; they should not be presented as universal thresholds for every TikTok monetisation feature.
Creators coordinating with sellers are advised to arrange new product listings at least two weeks ahead so they can be reviewed, and to test products before a LIVE. Product claims should match supported information in the seller’s listing. The guide also warns against unlicensed music and other intellectual property.
What the holiday announcement does—and does not—promise
TikTok says eligible products may carry a three-business-day delivery badge, while eligible purchases can use roughly 10,000 Happy Returns locations. Neither applies automatically to every product. Paid Media Collective’s October 14 coverage likewise separates the announced campaign dates from seller eligibility and sales outcomes.
A useful preparation order is to confirm invitation and account status, check products, then schedule original content around the applicable windows. Keep the live campaign card and terms as the reference if details change. No sales total or reward is guaranteed by joining.
